Dear young brothers and sisters,

It’s February! For many, it is known as “love month”, but not much people are aware that it is also “pro-life month”. What a perfect combination, “LOVE LIFE!” Both come from God, for free! It reminds us of two important things – real love is pro-life and real life is pro-love! We are advocates of these two precious gifts that we have. We have to defend and promote life if we are really loving, and we have to spread love if we are really living.

As we celebrate this Valentine season, let us not just remember dating special someone, watching movies, gimmicks, chocolates and flowers as the secular world would always do, sometimes even to the point of pre-marital sex. Remember that this season is not exclusive and only for two people in a special relationship, but for everyone who is in love to anyone – families, friends, brothers & sisters, and most especially to God! Yes, let us not forget Him, who is the giver of our life and love. And because of Him, we can all say that we have a “love life”, so we can celebrate!
